We collect opt-in verbally from our customers. They can opt-in to receive messages either in person at our physical location, or over the phone if they call our business. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Valari Events for service updates (confirmations, reminders), customer support, and conversational messaging.

Data Sharing, customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
